O facto de chover não resolve nada.
O equilíbrio das ecossistemas desapareceu, sob a batuta humana.
O que temos a esperar, a curto prazo, é a desertificação (No Norte de África, Andaluzia e Sul de Portugal.
A desertificação é pobreza e vice-versa.
2006 - é o ano internacional contra a desertificação.
